MENU → INK → CLEANING
- Turn on the printer.

- Indicate whether black or the colour blocks have defects.
- When the printer offers cleaning, select Yes.
- Wait until cleaning is complete.

What If a Colour Is Still Missing?
If a colour remains missing after the first cleaning, check that the cartridge is correctly installed.
