These conditions govern the sale of consumer products presented on the website. Each user acknowledges having read and approved each clause constituting the terms and conditions of sale.

All orders will be taken into account after validation of your payment.

The prices and offers are valid as long as they remain visible on the website. For out-of-stock items, you can request to be notified of their availability by email.

Return of goods

Return policy for stock merchandise.

You may request to return unsold merchandise, within 90 days of your purchase, under the following conditions:

  1. Your request must be accompanied by the original purchase invoice.
  2. Boxes are not damaged, labeled or marked in any way.
  3. The inner packaging must not have been opened in any way.
  4. All merchandise must be returned at your expense.
  5. A restocking fee of 20% will apply on all returns.

7 days Return Policy - for goods ordered by mistake.

The request for return must be made within 7 days of the date of receipt of the goods.

  1. Your application must be accompanied by the original purchase invoice.
  2. Boxes are not opened, damaged, labeled or marked in any way.
  3. The inner packaging must not have been opened in any way.
  4. All merchandise must be returned at your expense.
  5. No re-inventory charges will apply to the extent that the merchandise is returned within the prescribed time and that the returned merchandise is in a resale condition.

Return or Exchange Policy for a Defective Product

Please note that all cartridges are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year.

Before any return or exchange, make sure that the cartridge that seems defective is indeed a cartridge of our collection and that it was sold by us.

Contact our technical department for an analysis of the product that seems defective. In most situations, the technician will be able to solve the problem without having to exchange the cartridge.

Exchange procedure of a defective product:

Make sure the cartridge is:

  1. Still under warranty (1 year)
  2. Damaged or broken, not intentionally or accidentally.
  3. Accompanied by the original purchase invoice.

In addition you must:

  1. Note the serial number of the defective cartridge.
  2. Provide a printed example of the problem identified.
  3. Request an exchange.

Note that all exchanged defective products are returned their manufacturer.  They will be able to associate the serial number of the cartridge to the right distributor.

In the event of a refusal to exchange the product by our manufacturers for reasons beyond our control, for example "product not sold by us.” or "voluntarily damaged" We reserves the right to re-invoice you for the  product with any incurred expenses.
