NEW FIRMWARE UPGRADE ON August 04TH, 2020 ON SELECTED HP PRINTERS
Following a firmware upgrade on selected printers utilising the following cartridges, 902XL / 952XL / 972XL, some compatible cartridges have suddenly stopped working.
The printer or computer will automatically remind consumers to upgrade firmware through their wifi or network connection. Please inform your clients NOT to upgrade the firmware. The new firmware will cause third party cartridges to not recognize their printer.
The printer firmware won't be updated anymore once your client DISABLES the update option.
We are working on a new chip now and will let you know as soon as we release new chip. Please continue to sell current HP inkjet and inform your client NOT to upgrade the firmware.
